I have a query " my sister is in central service for the last four years i,e Ministry of Science & Technology posted in Orissa. My brother-in law recently joined as Manager in NABARD posted in Jharkhand." My question is what is the transfer rules for employees. Can my sister transfer her place of posting at the station of her husband as she has served for 4 years or can my brother-in-law seek transfer to NABARD regional Office at Orissa . I wanted to know what is the transfer rules of NABARD regarding if spouse is employed in central service at other state.
