Hi All
I have applied for divorce and I am waiting for my first hearing. My wife and I were living in a seperate home and after application of divorce I moved to my mother's home. Is there a way I can legally vacate her?. FYI, I am paying the rent for the house and have an angreement in my name. Please advice.

@Renuka.. It will not work out in my case as the landlord has my advance amount of 6 months rental amount.
