Hi Team,
I was working for Adomita Technologies Pvt ltd,This company based out of Chennai.I was worked for this company for 17 months in singapore.They have deducted flat 15% Tax on my Salary and as per the Singapore law.Company representative said ,they will send me the deducted amount in my final settlement.I was relieved from company 30-july-2015.but still they are not giving my final settlement .
They are not responeded by mails or phone calls.
Please let me know how to proceed on my issue.

If the deduction is per prevailing laws and you are liable to be taxed then you are liable to pay taxes.
If it was a private agreement that company shall bear the deduction of tax then you may quote it and claim. The onus to establishment agreement may fall upon you.
