I am going to buy a pagdi system house from earlier tenant in Mumbai.
My doubts are as below,
1. Can tenant sell pagdi system house? If no then why? If yes then Owner should be informed or not?
2. What clauses would be there in agreement so that in future tenant cannot claim his rights on that property.
3. What clauses would be there in agreement so that in future Owner cannot evict us from that property.
4. Can I purchase pagdi system house without informing owner? If no then why? If yes then what precaution should be taken.
5. Can I sell that house in future? In that case again I have to inform owner?
6. Can I give that house on rent?
