Samsung s6 edge

Sir, I have purchased Samsung S6 Edge on 02.05.15 @ Rs.57,722/- with great hopes
and confidence but on the 3rd day of purchase itself, I got problem with
the mobile, it is getting malfunctioned without my intervention, if I am
doing one operation, it is executing some another, cam is getting
opened, phone is also getting hanged up for 2 to 3 minutes.
I have purchased the mobile in Visakhapatnam whereas I was residing at
Salur which is 3 1/2 hrs away from Visakhapatnam. I am working as Branch
Manager for a reputed bank.
On 3rd of purchase itself i.e. on 04.05.15, when I got problem, I have
escalated the issue to Customer care no.1800030008282 and they advised
me to restart the device and to verify for few more days and if the
problem repeats the device will be replaced with new one by getting DOA
from Service Centre and I have followed the instructions and on that day
it is OK but again repeatedly the above mentioned problem is occuring.
Yesterday I went to Service Centre at Visakhapatnam and I have informed
all the above and now your service centre people are informing that the
device cannot be replaced as it is more than 7 days. They have updated
the OS and again today the problem. The problem is getting repeated again and again. Please kindly advise me in this regard to get justice.

Do you have any evidence of reporting the issue within 7 days with the company? Even otherwise, you are entitled for replacement as it is only 3 weeks now. Immediately, file a consumer complaint in the forum if you want a replacement. Keep all your communications (even emails) safe and intact.
