Divorce & remarry by adopting muslism

Dear Experts,

Can anybody share his/her valuable knowledge upon following:

1.) if a person get himself adopted from Hindu to Muslim then can Muslim marriage act can apply instead of Hindu marriage act while wife already filed up a case of 498A and 125?

2.)  Addtion to first condition, can a person be alowed to get the re-married after adopting Muslism?

3.) In such conditions the intention of Husband will appear clearly, then wife can take any action against?
