Hi,
My wife is working in Postal Department. I am currently working in a private firm and planning to move abroad.
I would like my wife to take Extra Ordinary Leave and accompany me to abroad along with our children.
If she apply for the EOL, is there any reason that it can be rejected?

The leave rules ( as per enactments applicable to the establishment) of the postal dept. (for that matter applicable to any establishment ) are descripttive and would provide answer to the query.
You may either attach these or show these to your Labor Law Consultant/service matters lawyer/law firm....
The employee's unions/trade unions leaders well versed with such rules and can also help you.
