Supplementary agreement not registered

Hello,

I am purchasing a plot from layout.

For development owner and the developer have entered in to JDA and consequently owner as given GPA to developer for 60% of the property. Here both JDA and GPA are registered.

Later owner and the developer have shared the plots in supplementary agreement in 40:60 ratio. This supplementary agreement is not registered.

I am buying a plot from developer share, do the unregistered supplementary agreement cause any issue in future.

it is the dispute between owner and developer with regard thier share of profit and it is the question from whom you are buying the plot, if they are having valid layout from concern authorities then there will be no problem. i think.
