Hello, we want to know if a wife is cheating on husband and having affair since 5 years and a son both have is not husband's child(proven after DNA Test). If husband is filing a divorce case on this base will he have to give maintenance to wife?

Thank u. As an evidence the documents r DNA Test report and call records of wife and her boyfriend in which she is saying how they had attraction for each other and where (places) they had s*x and how many times during this period. Will these evidence be enough to proove adultery?
