Regarding make an afidavit

hello,
I am facing a problem to make an afidavit for following subject:
my full name is : PATEL KRUNALKUMAR JITENDRABHAI
as in my all documents but in my passport my name changed to : PATEL KRUNALKUMAR JITENDRAKUMAR
so what could I do for this mistake in my father's name...please help me,

You have file application before jurisdictional Court engaging lawyer and obtain decree for all the mistakes and solve your the issue otherwise you will be in trouble with passport officers.

Hi,

All you need to go to the passport office to rectify the error and no where else, since you have mentioned that in all other documents it is correct.

That's all you need to do.

R.S.K.Singh To inforn you it is you who is misguiding the person. Do not be so judgemental.about any reply. Also if court needs to issue direction let the passport office say so. Understand the problem first. Do not tell peopke directly just to go to court. My replies end here. First it is his moral.and legal duty to inform the Passport Issuing Autorities.
