Access road

Dear Legal Experts,

I have a piece of Agricultural Land on a State Highway surrounded by forests by three sides & at one side is someone's private agricultural land (Person B).

From the main road the only access to reach my land is through Person B's  property which is a proper mud road but not shown in the survey map.

The other three sides belonging to the forest are sort of hilly with a stream also and the Forest Department does not allow to make any roads through the forest.

For past couple weeks Person B is threatening me that he will close down my access path to my property. If this happens there is practically no other way from where I can reach in my property. Can he really do this legally. Is there something like right of path that I can avail to get a path.

Please enlighten in this regard and what should I do. Attached is a Map of the region for better understanding.

Regards,

Sanjay
