Sir, Family partition was made between me and my siblings in May 2012. After this i appointed my nephew to look after my farm and for that i allowed him to stay in the house that belongs to me as per the partition. During the first year I found misappropriation of money by him. He also paid the house tax bill in his name. After finding this
I asked him to leave and took control of my farm. But he is not leaving the house and is creating nuisance to the workers that i employ. This is going on for a year. How am i to evacuate him? Can i use the land grabing act. If i go to court will it take too long. All the necessary documents are in my name. I even paid the house tax bill for the current year in my name.
