To buy a piece of land from a lady whose husband has expired a few months ago. The lady has a minor son. Thus both the minor child and the lasy has share in the propert. The lady would execute the sale deed as the manager of the property (considering the land as the property of their HUF). Looking for a draft format of the sale deed.
