Can a criminal complaint be filed for forging of title documents submitted by the Defendant in a suit for permanent injunction, if such suit is pending and no preliminary decree or any other effective order has been passed yet. Prima facie, the forging of documents by defendant is proved.

once it is proved if the documents are fabricated, then the parties to that offence i.e fabricating the document can be punished. So you have to initiate proceedings Under Section 340 of the Criminal Procedure Code
