My Father in Law has got a property of 2 Acres from his Father. As this is Ancestral property he has taken GPA from his 2 daughters and one son for 2 Acres in Andrapradesh .The same property he has sold to his wife on July 15 2014.
Sale deed contains one paper finger print Act 1908 photos and finger print 32 A .In that paper he has done forgery thumb impression of his own daughter (MY Wife).My wife is not interested to put a case on his Father.Is there any Case I can put on my Father in Law int his regard and Cancel the Registration ? Please Suggest?
