Forged signature

Respcted All,

Mr. Raj Kumar has obtained a loan of rs. 2000000/- from sbi for his proprietorship firm. The loan was unsecured i.e. Mr. Raj Kumar was not required to pledge any property with bank as was stipulated in central govt. scheme. Mr. Raj Kumar placed all the forged documents with bank viz. all the licenses, lease deed and other documents. Lease deeds were required to be attested by the tehsildar but Mr. Prem Parkash the adovcate and the Raj Kumar has forged the signature of tehsildar on lease deed and Mr. Raj Kumar only knows that the lease deeds were signed by the Advocate. Now after two years in the forgery case Mr. Raj Kumar is being arrested and charged u/s 420. Mr. Raj Kumar is now trying blackmailing the advocate Prem Parkash that he will tell the police or court that the tehsildars sign was forged by him. Can any body tell that what legal consequences will be there on the Advocate Prem Parkash for frogeing the signature of tehsildar on lease deed.
