In my hearing today mm is saying provide your income affdVit and after that she would decide about the case.
Juridiction not exist as both parties reside outside india.the girl says i earn 15 lacs per month and she earns 1.5 lac firstly she has put false statement as she & i earn same amount 4lacs plus we have been divorced 3 yrs.
Hislawyer keeps arguing that its fraud when it occured in abrosd this was not exparty.she was present in hearing.
Presently both are living outside india since last 12 years.
