Forefathers Property

Hi
we are 4 siblings. all are adults. we have a property which belongs to our grandfather. our father has expired. and we have given all the legal rights of the property to our mother thru legal probate. when we did it we were all adults, means all the siblings were above 20 years old. property have two floors ground floor with basement and first floor. now one of the sibling is asking for the return of his share in the property. but we all including our mother dont want to do that....now plz suggest, what can be done in this regards. can he do that legally? thanks
