Dear Sir,
I am working in a private hospital more than 2 years as Executive HR. Now they are forcing me to give resignation. Because i am following Labour Laws. They are thinking am supporting to the employees. In this year all the employees are going to get bonus as per Bonus Act 1965. This is the issue. They didn't give any memo regarding this. Just verbal communication only. They are threatening me also.
Kindly advice me on this issue..

Record all threats and demand of resignation ( audio/visual/witnessed/minuted).
Downlaod evidence of attendance, rewards,awards, NO stinkers/violations/SCN etc etc by you.
Firm up your next venture ASAP.
If at all you decide to resign, submit notice of resigantion, under proper acknowledgment.
