Forced to resign

Will you please elaborate in detail more as regard procedures,judgements in this regard,As similar thing has happened with me also.

In continuation do not accept settlement from management or otherwise your case wii become weak,

in the light of recent Judgement of Hon'ble supreme Court in Ram lall Vrs Maruti.

The concerned workman can raise the dispute directly either with concilliation officer or to the labour court whatever state amendment allows.
