hi
i bought a flat from a party 3 years back in tamilnadu
everything was fine with the doc until recently i noticed that one of the photo affixed in sale deed of the seller fallen off./went missing.
now how can i fix this.
if i apply for a certified copy at registrar office, can i get the copy with actual photos in sale deed.
do i need to prepare a whole new original again..if yes, i am uable to trace the 1st owner.
will there be any risk with sale of this propety in future if i want to dispose it
