I am farookh shaikh i want to purchase flat in building built in gaonthan land in navi mumbai,
So it safe to purchase this flat or it is any risk. Also help me what document should check or it is mandotary
i should not purchase this type of flat. Also guide me in any situation if there is any possibility what are the documents should i need to check before purchasing
