Flat ownership dispute

 Dear sir/madam,

My father passed away in 2001. And now his family is residing in his flat which is still in his name only. His family includes his two wifes and their children. Since now the two families want separation, so kindly advice how the proceeding will be begin or the distribution of ownership rights has to be done. It will be done under the name of two wife or in the name of two wifes and all their children. We come under Hindu succession act.

Seeking for your valuable comments.

Thanks & Regards,

Nilesh

Read online Hindu succession act. Both the wife and their children are shareholders in his propwerty if he has not left any Will. Not only house but  other valuables too.

How big is the flat? I am surprised how tow wives living together peacefully in a flat?

Even if they get right , division can be made either prorate on availbale space otherwise they got to sellfalt and buy their own.
