Flat owners association passed arbitrary and unreasonable resolution in the agm

My housing association recently passed a resolution in its AGM hiking the monthly maintenance chanrges by Rs 700/-. The justification given was last financial year actual cost plus provision for  inflation 10% and Rs 90/- for some unknown reason. While it is acceptable to consider the actual cost incurred during the last FY, there is no basis to add 10% for inflation. RBI or the GOI statistics does not confirm a 10%  YOY inflation in India.. Plus Rs 90/- was added without stating any reason. How to challenge this unreasonable increase which was approved in the last AGM by way of a resolution. Is it correct that any arbitrary and unreasonable resolution will be void even if passed by the majority in the AGM.(as per a court order)
