My question here is I have booked one flat in Doddatogur Village, Electronic City Phase 1(Project Name - Pragathi Royale-II). This project is approved from Gram panchayat. Its A-Khata type land and approved from CanFin and PNB bank.
But now I came to know that there was a circular that Gram panchayat can not approve any plan.
Please let me know if I will be facing any problem in future and what I can do now?
