Flat

Hi Sir,
I have flat registered with my builder & the builder cheated on the same by
registering the undivided share to another party whom sold the flat for third party. That 3rd party
have broke the flat & entered. The fact is that I'm first party to get registered of the property.
Kindly advise how I could get the possession or injunction to vacate the illegal/unlawful party.
Also just to let you know there has been suit lodged which is pending in district civil court.
Sir what can I probably do in this situation and What precaution I can take.

Meet a lawyer to send a legal notice to builder first. See their reply and try to settle. Otherwise file a petition in consumer forums.
