Police completed process CRPC 82 and accussed did not answer the proclaimation. Would police register FIR u/s 174A immediately, or does it wait till accussed is arrested?

Police completed process CRPC 82 and accussed did not answer the proclaimation. Would police register FIR u/s 174A immediately, or does it wait till accussed is arrested?

That will be the next procedure after informing the concerned court in this regard and court may ask the police to file FIR UNDER 174a IPC, in case the accused failed to respond to the order issued under 82 (1) of crpc. It is a process and accused presence is not required.
