You have not mentioned where the offence took place. You have also not mentioned as to why did West Bengal police send the FIR to MP Police. Was it to conduct investigation in MP since the offence took place in MP?

If the FIR has been sent to MP due to the reason that the offence took place in MP (but the FIR was lodged in WB) then the MP police will be required to conduct investigation in the case in accordance with the provisions of law or to close the case by submitting a closure report if no offence is found to have been committed.

As per FIR all things happened in M.P. copy of FIR not send by WB police To MP police. Only computerised  intimation received at M.P.

First of all file an anticipatory bail and try to get the same before Session court or High court as you think fit.

after receiving the FIR from W.B. the M.P. police may issue a notice under section 41A of Cr.P.C to all the accused for join the investigation, the IO may file an application before SSP/DCP for arresting the Husband or other accused with the reason of arresting, in these type of case the main reason for arresting is recovery of dowry article/Istridhan.

You have to collect the certified copy of FIR, Charge Sheet, Seizure List and a copy of Case Dirary from the respective police court.
