One of my friend in trouble and i have taken interest from outside and given the amount 80k in 2013 JAN for 2 rs interest he did not pay single amount till now and the interest has been increased a lot for the last two years. He is doing job in VIJAYA BANK and I have chat messages with him and I don’t have any kind of evidence with me .I forwarded the amount from account and not sure it is a valid thing to file a case against him
can any one please help in this regard
