I purchased a flat in Navi Mumbai in 2009 in resale.
We had completed all the formalities in 2009 and I have a signed agreement. I've also paid the CIDCO transfer fees. However we somehow missed to do a Deed of Assignment (DOA) at that time. And now I came to know that I need to get a final order from CIDCO which I didn't.
I was not aware of this. Society & Bank never asked for this & my agent didn't told me this. But society's now asking me for the final order from CIDCO. Now I don't have the whereabouts of the owner from whom I purchased this flat.
What's other solution do I have?
Is it possible to get final order from CIDCO without Deed of Assignment?
Please suggest alternatives.
