Final report - re open guidelines

Police submitted Final Report in an FIR with section 323 & 392 by stating the incident did not happen. The question is , what is the way to reopen the case for the investigation ? & What is maximum time it can be done which means less then 30 days or 60 days.

The charge sheet or the final report is submitted before the CJM by the police and the CJM has the power to accept the report or direct for reinvestigation. So it appears the CJM has not taken cognizance in the case, in that case approach the CJM court with a protest petiton, and ask your lawyer to argue befor the CJM at the time of taking cognizance by the CJM.
