our society has submitted the conveyance deed n all other docs to Cidco in dec2019. now they have informed that the original farmers from whom cidco had taken land have made a claim and same is in court. when court decides cidco has to pay the farmers.
neither the builder nor society is party to this case.
cidco says that in till court case is finished all final orders are to be kept pending.
What is the solution for this?? what can society do to get final order. two of the flat owners have already sold their flats but we cannot transfer as society does not have final order
