Respected all,
I had filled RCR on 30.09.2013 and my wife cane back on 06.12.
So what will happen with the RCR request , court notice is still pending but wife came back along with my 1 year daughter with sorry
Please advice as we have not informaed her about the RCR , i want to close the RCR matter.

Go to the court and simply withdraw the case.

Not at all. You can go alone with your lawyer.
