SUIT DECREED IN PLAINTIFF'S PLACE. DEFENDENT RESIDES AND HAVE PROPERTY IN ANOTHER PLACE.. FILING OF EP IN THE SAME COURT WHERE SUIT DECREED IS MAINTAINABLE OR NOT?

The E.P. has to be filed in the same Court which has decreed the suit.

Ep is dissmissed. Residence of defendent is the only jurisdiction says the court.
