CAN A PERSON BASED IN ONE CITY FILE A CASE AGAINST EDITOR AND PUBLISHER OF A MAGAZINE BASED IN OTHER CITY WHO HAD DONE FRAUD AND HAD HURT THE RELIGIOUS SENTIMENTS OF PEOPLE BY PUBLISHING WRONG THINGS
IF YOUR ANSWER IS YES PLEASE GIVE ME THE JUDGEMENT OF JURISDICTION
IF YOUR ANSWER IS NO TELL ME THER REMEDY

Mr Banerjee As for libel against a editor and publisher of magazine is concerned it can be filed from any city but you are asking for the moon for searching any citation on the subject. Why dont you search on your own in the net or in the library available in the court about various judgements.
