Sir/Madam,
One of my relatives filed FIR under Gruha-Himsa on her husband, in-laws and his friends. Now it came to the district court. Is there any chance to file another suit against her as she is creating fear and damaging the reputation.

1. With such a brief 'no case made out' is my view.
2. Hence advice to first get the DV 'Complaint' physically consulted in-person with a local advocate.

first take an advice of the local advocate of your place and proceed because you have to come out clean from that case after that you can file another case

The husband can file divorce against the wife, if wife is lodging false FIR
