Filing a pettion

hello sir,

I have hearing tomorrow my layer is met an accident and admitted in ICU I have to file a counter pettion it is a last chance. I have no time to approach another lawyer to get for filling. Also it is very tedious to explain all. My friend he is working as a govt school teacher. He knows my case up to date. But he is not a bar council member{ due to is govt job}

Can I use him to prepare the counter and to file.
