my father has a self acquired land with constructed buildings, he has given a room to my grandfather & step grandmother for just living in... my father wants to sell some portion of it to clear off his debt to the bank/ (without disturbing their room for living in) but both the grandfather & step grandmather stopping my father to do so, instead they are bargaining for MONEY , else he(grandfather) threatens to commit suicide, (in case I forcefully commence work on the land by my labours, ), causing my father & me as the reason, donot allow my laboures to work, also sleep on the roads, place of work..etc...
WHAT CAN I DO? IPC 306 on him & 309 on her?
my main motto is to do the work on the land & sell , but also want to escape any case in case he commits suicide or get self injured:
