Father-son relationship

If son purchased his father tenancy from his father's landlord.  Now can father claim his tenancy in a "bathroom" which he used to have while he was tenant in "C property."  Here, son has not purcahsed that bathroom (as it was already in the property of C, whose owner is different).   Can father still claim himselef as tenant of his son and could keep his tenancy right over that "bathroom."   (father used to have bathroom in his tenancy.  This bathroom was in the property of a different owner, who purchased that bathroom while he was tenant).  Father and that son after becoming landlord of their tenanted property are not leaving the possession on that bathroom, claiming themseleves still as tenant.  Also father want to take the advantage of an expartee decree passed in his favor while he was tenant court ordered to  "C" not to obstruct the possession of bathroom (C actually purchased that bathroom along wiith other property while that tenant had possession on that bathroom).  In my view "that father is not a tenant nor a landlord" at the present time (after his son purchased his whole tenancy, but not that bathroom)..Am I correct??.
