Father's name different on pan card & on bulider's document

Hi,

I have booked a under construction flat. My father name is Udai Kumar Rastogi on my pan card, Driving licence and Passport. 

But somehow in a Bank account my father name Uday Kumar Rastogi instead of Udai Kumar Rastogi.

and during booking of flat I have mentioned my father name Uday kumar Rastogi causes in all the document provided by builder ( Allotment letter, PTM etc), my father name is Uday Kumar Rastogi.

I want to know whether this spelling difference in father name will create any problem in future like at the time of registry, resale etc.

Till now I have shown my father name Udai Kumar Rastogi in ITR. 

Please suggest. Do i need to change in PAN card, Passport etc or can request to builder to change the same.
