Fate of Consent Terms!

What happens to Consent Terms filed and approved by the Mumbai City Civil Court in the year 2009 if it's not fulfilled due greed family members who didn't allowed it's implementation.

Do they get nullified?

What action needs to be taken to protect our rights? TIA

Quick Summary
This discussion explores what happens to consent terms approved by the Mumbai City Civil Court in 2009 if they haven't been fulfilled due to family disputes. It questions whether these terms become nullified and what actions can be taken to protect one's rights. The advice suggests that if the terms are part of a decree, an execution can be filed to enforce them, provided there are no disputes arising from the consent itself.

If the consent terms is the part of the decree and the judgment then the aggrived party can file an execution to execute the decree for implementing the agreed items as per the terms

Did the decree holder file execution of the decree ?

Is there any dispute eminated out of consent decree, which is generally ruled out ,being "consent" decree ?

What is your concern / locus standi  to the query i.e., decree holder, judgment debtor, lawyer of either of the parties, none for the sake of time pass ?
