fast proceeding of case?

Can you suggest a method to expedite my court case? It began in February of this year, but only three hearings have been scheduled, and the opposing parties have not been present. Our lawyer has attempted to serve notices, but they are refusing to accept them. I have a disability affecting my eyesight, and I'm seeking advice on expediting the process.

The court cases will take time for disposal.

If the court has only three hearings so far, it may be because of the burden on the court.

You cannot blame court or your advocate.

If the defendant is refusing to receive summons he may be set exparte by the court and you can proceed with expart evidence against him.

You may follow it up regularly with your advocate, there is no advise that can be rendered in this aspect

Dear Sir,

If there have already been three hearing dates and summons have returned on all three dates, then you may go ahead and fie an application for substitute service and have the Defendants placed ex parte. You may then move ahead with your case as fast as possible.
