I am a farmer in Maharashtra who owns a few acres of land in Dahanu municipality. I wish to subdivide this land into farmhouse plots to sell to agriculturists.
Can you let me know what is the minimum size the plot needs to be. I have been given various answers ranging from 11 gunthas to 20 gunthas.

U contect Municipality for that and thenafter u decided the size of farmhouse for that u can take a plan pass for farm house and i think N.A permmission for that. Then u start a scheme.
