False affidavit

I had given false affidavit to bank for education loan regarding ed loan not in other bank.Can bank took any action on me?  From :Vijay Raina.

Yes, It henious offence,  you filed false  affidavit to knowingly its false and use as true at once.

Both banks can recall your educational loans and the second bank can take criminal action also against you for submitting false affidavit, for obtaining the 2nd edu loan.
