false 324,326 case

If `A` tries to throw acid on `b ` and while doing so also hurts himself. `a` recieves serious injuries while `b` recieves only minor injuries. Before `b` , `a` registers an FIR stating that he was the one who was attacked by `b`.

Question 1:- Can `b` go to the police to register her FIR?

Question2 :- Can the police deny from registring the FIR?

Question 3:- What should `b` do in order to prove her innocence?

Question 4:- `B` gets framed under ipc324,326. how should `b` get bail.

Immediately B could have filed the complainant. If police denied to register the complaint of the B, there is no other way except filing private complaint in the court.

In this case at the time of filing FIR by "b" if it is denied by O.C then "b" should file a CR case.
