DV CASE IS RUNNING IN LOWER COURT.
CAN I APPLY FOR divorse? As she harresd me by making fals Dv Nd tried 5 times for 498 a and already am paying mentenance 3000 rs under 125 ordderd.

From all the facts and circumstances, if you have good grounds you can file for divorce. However, mere filing of 498-A or DV is not a ground for divorce unless proved that they are maliciously filed and proved false.

Divorce isa different subject and the criminal cases are different, if you feel a strong ground to exist, you may go ahead with the divorce case.
