Can Any one suggest me on how to proceed further as i am facing harrasment due to different petitions filed by wife in different cities.
We married in 2009, Marriage took place was wife's native (TM state),lived togather in other city (KA state),just after 15 days of marriage we got disputes in marriage and were virtually seperated. She use to stay offenly at parent place and i was working in other city (MH). When this was unmanageable after 2 years i filed Divorce petion in KA family court, she filed for maintainance and Conjugal rights petition in TM family court. Now she has again filed a petition in other city in KA saying she stays at that place. Issue is i am working in one state,divorce case is in other state,maitainance & conjgual in other. facing harrasment as i have to travel 3 times a month to different states & i am a salaried person, i cannot get so many leaves.
Can there be soution to it, can i ask to transfer all where i work or any other solution?
