Facebook messages

Wife having affair on facebook. Using fake I'd but email registered is real. Got access to her profile and messages n chatting. How to use this in court as an evidence for adultery?

Atul no need to go to the court for litigation , talk to your wife and solve your problem amicably with her , tell her knowingly and unknowingly she is doing offence on opening her FB account on fake id and chatting to other person, it comes under cyber crime and also a mental cruelty upon me .

Her profile is her private matter.If she proves you hacked her profile you yourself may be in trouble.

your act comes under cyber crime too, if she filed a complaint that you hack her ID.
