Fabricated cases

my brother made a lot of dets and escaped.now people wantedly drag my name into their cases to get back atleast some amout. really i am no where concern with that deeds. what i have to do..get rit or quash on every case.or any affidivit filing or else solution is there> pl let me know

Are you a guarentor or co-borrower where the lender of money are chasing you?

Discuss with a local lawyer with details of debt(s) of your brother.
