I live and work in the UK as an IT consultant.My wife is separated from me and lives in India for the last 4 years.The divorce case is dragging forever and have paid lakhs as maintenance.I consulted a lawyer here who says I can issue a separate petition here though it`s quite expensive Has anyone had any experience with this international divorce?
